Pavilion RentalsPavilion reservations can be made in person at the Village Hall, located at 111 Elm Street. Please bring a completed Pavilion Rental Application along with payment by cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted.

Summer can often bring construction projects, which may make certain areas inaccessible at times. In the event we are unable to accommodate your reservation request due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to contact you to select an alternate date for your gathering. If an alternate date cannot be accommodated, we will refund your rental fee. Rates

Boat Trailer Annual Parking PermitAll boaters parking their trailers at the Water Street boat launch are required to have either a day pass or a valid parking permit.
2025 Fees:
Annual parking permits are available by submitting a completed Boat Launch Permit Application, along with cash, check or money order made payable to Village of Penn Yan, PO Box 426, 111 Elm Street, Penn Yan, NY 14527. Once processed, a receipt and permit sticker, to be placed on the trailer, will be mailed in return. Boat Trailer Parking Per DayA pay station is located in the Water Street Boat Launch parking lot and accepts credit and debit cards only. A purchased ticket must be displayed on your vehicle's dashboard.
2025 Fees:
No overnight parking is permitted at the Boat Launch. * Village residents/taxpayers are required to complete and return the Boat Launch Parking Trailer Permit Application.
