Yates County warns of a scam targeting individuals with active planning applications. Fraudulent emails are being sent, falsely claiming to be from County Planning Officials and requesting wire transfers for planning board reviews. These emails are not legitimate. Public Notice - Email Domain Change
All Village email addresses will transition from a .com domain to a .gov domain effective April 6, 2026. Email addresses will remain the same except for the domain change. For example: [email protected] → [email protected].
